Jonathan suggests 3 options for beginners:

Green - for someone who has no swimming background , can not float without help, may even have difficulty entering their head into the water. This is a 12-lesson course designed especially to help people with zero swim background. It includes an understanding of buoyancy in the water and relaxation techniques.


Orange  - not able to swim properly but is comfortable in the water, needs guidance on how to swim with proper technique. This is a 10-lesson course that will enable the “orange” level beginner to take their swimming to a more effective and efficient level.


Blue  - has learnt to swim in the past  but needs improvement or a refresher course. This is a 6-lesson course offered in all of the swim styles - Freestyle, Breaststroke, Butterfly and Backstroke.
